Have you checked out the diving guides on swim.com? If not, look under the pull-down menu, "More" and hit guides. The guides give informational "how-to's" and other important diving information. Would love to get your feedback.

in the back press area of the fundamentals section-

"Once the arms are at the top, bend the legs and quickly circle the arms in a counter-clockwise direction while maintaining a tight body alignment."

the "counterclockwise" tag may confuse some. if i'm watching my dive on a tivo, and the view is my left side, my arms are swinging in a clockwise direction for the press.

i'm going to send this page to a bunch of divers with differing levels of experience and see what their thoughts are. i'll let you know of their comments.

i'll also read through all of the articles and let you know my thoughts.

Thanks Tom for the feedback! Yeah, I never thought of it that way, but you are right. From a certain perspective the arm swing is in a clockwise direction. I can see where that could be confusing. I will change that to read something else - not sure what. I'll think about it and work on it.  Thanks for sending this out to the diving community -- I really appreciate it!
